CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, address modifications are not possible. If changing the address to an international location, the customer is responsible for associated shipping fees. If an international order is to be delivered in India, the shipping fees can be used to add more products of the same value.
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE REST?
We dispatch from our inventory locations in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. To track the exact location of your parcel, use the shipping details provided on your email.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIMELINE?
We generally ship orders within 2-3 days from our warehouse. Delay notifications, if any, will be communicated with reasons. For international orders, we may take 5-7 days to consolidate and ship. Shipping timelines exclude weekends and holidays.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International shipping methods include India Post (approx. 15-20 days) and DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX (approx. 7-10 days). Customs and import duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.
